Decision-making in the Federation of Finnish Enterprises
The highest decision-making body of the Federation of Finnish Enterprises is the annual meeting of the Federation. Between the meetings, the Board decides on the policy and actions of the FFE. The Board has delegated preparatory work and operative decision-making to a Working Committee. In addition to the Labour Market Delegation provided for in the rules, the Board has appointed committees and networks to support its work.

Enterprises are members of local entrepreneur or trade associations. Local associations are members of regional organisations. Regional organisations and trade associations are members of the Federation of Finnish Enterprises.

The office of the FFE carries out day-to-day advocacy, communication and services for member companies.
