Minttu Lampinen
Minttu is a business professional specialized in digital marketing and an award-winning business coach in marketing. She has over 250 client references in marketing and digital business consulting.
She has held Europe-wide marketing responsibilities, developed innovative product and service concepts, overseen international product and service launches, and led expert teams.
Minttu holds a Doctor of Science in Economics and Business Administration, with studies completed at Oxford and Stanford.
Course Format
The training is delivered on the Claned learning platform and includes short videos, a workbook, and Excel templates. The total duration is approximately 3.5 hours.
Please note that this training was originally created in Finnish under the title Palvelubisnes kasvuun. The training materials have been translated into English. In the videos, the trainer speaks Finnish, but English subtitles are provided.

- You will learn how to build purposeful, well-planned, and results-oriented digital marketing that supports both sales and visibility.
- We will cover the customer’s purchase journey and identify the points where marketing can have the greatest impact.
- You will gain tools for improving websites, planning content, enhancing search engine visibility, and making effective use of social media.
- In addition, we will consider which marketing activities are worth doing yourself, which are better to outsource – and how to ensure that all actions lead toward your goals.
