Municipal Barometer 2026
The Municipal Barometer is a survey conducted by Suomen Yrittäjät every two years. It examines cooperation between municipalities and entrepreneurs, as well as the state of local business policy at the national, regional and municipal levels.
The Municipal Barometer measures how successfully municipalities promote entrepreneurship. We examine entrepreneurs’ views on how business-friendly their home municipality is, what has been successful, and where there is a need for development.
The Municipal Barometer survey is now closed. The results will be published in connection with the Municipal Leadership Seminar (Kunnallisjohdon seminaari) in Jyväskylä on 20 May 2026.
