Retiree membership
If you no longer actively run your business, retiree membership is an opportunity for you to continue being a part of the Suomen Yrittäjät community.
Retiree members are a great resource for the organization. They have a lot of valuable expe-rience and knowledge about entrepreneurship to pass on to the next generation of business owners.
Requirements for retiree membership:
The local societies process applications for retiree membership in their areas. If you used to run your own business, you can continue your membership in Suomen Yrittäjät as a retiree member if you meet the following conditions:
- you are a former business owner, you have ceased running your business and no longer fulfil the criteria for full membership
- your or your spouse’s company used to be a member of a local society of Suomen Yrittäjät
As a retiree member, you have access to:
- the Yrittäjä magazine
- counselling services at 09 229 222
- email newsletters
- event invitations
- member benefits: Teboil and Neste fuel discounts and Fennia insurance benefits
Retiree membership costs €50 a year.
