Paper invoice surcharge

From 10 May 2023 onwards, a paper invoice surcharge of €6 will be added to membership fees of Suomen Yrittäjät if the invoices are sent out in paper format. If you are a retiree member, the paper invoice surcharge will not apply to you.

We aim to reduce the ecological burden created by the postal system and to be cost-efficient in our invoicing. We encourage those members who use paper invoicing to switch to the more ecological and secure e-invoicing.

If your company cannot receive e-invoices, you can choose to receive invoices by e-mail.

You can change your invoicing method as follows:

  • Log in to the Member Services with your e-mail address at When logging in for the first time, select “Tilaa uusi salasana” (“Create new password”).
  • Once logged in, you can change your invoicing method by clicking “Päivitä jäsentietosi” (“Update your member information”) on the home page and then selecting “Yrityksen laskutusosoite” (“Company invoicing address”). You can also update the information by clicking on your name at the top of the page and then clicking on “Yritysprofiili” (“Company profile”). See the image below for reference.
  • Please note that only the company’s principal person can update the information.
  • You can also send the updated billing information directly to your regional association or Suomen Yrittäjät. Check the contact details of your regional association here. In order for us to make the changes, please include your business ID and/or member number in your message.
