In these training sessions, you’ll explore practical tools, try them out, and gain ideas that you can apply directly to your own business.

Fall training topics:

• Getting to Know the Digital and AI World: Explore digital platforms, tools, and the possibilities of AI for small business owners.
• Enhancing the Customer Experience and Service Design with AI: Learn how to leverage customer feedback and optimize the customer journey.
• Boosting marketing with AI: plan your marketing, streamline content creation, and produce more diverse content.
• Decision-making and operations with AI: learn how to leverage AI, automation, and business intelligence to develop your business.

Who is it for? The training sessions are specifically aimed at micro-entrepreneurs and sole proprietors who want to develop their digital skills and find practical solutions for their day-to-day business operations.

Where? At the Kupittaa Campus of Turku University of Applied Sciences.

When? In October and November 2026. The training sessions will be held as two three-hour in-person sessions per topic.
