Cathedral Bridge Renovation Project

The Turku Tram Alliance is organizing an event for business owners on September 16 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. to provide information about the first construction phase of the Turku tram project. The project, to be carried out in 2027–2028, will involve the renovation of the Tuomiokirkko Bridge and the adjacent Aninkaistenkatu and Uudenmaankatu streets between Eerikinkatu and Hämeenkatu, as well as extensive archaeological excavations in the area.

The business event will cover the construction work, its schedule, and the temporary traffic arrangements that will be in place during construction. This event will focus on the aforementioned construction area. The Alliance will later organize separate events to provide information on the construction of the entire 12-kilometer tram line between 2028 and 2033.

All entrepreneurs and business representatives who wish to learn more about the project in the Tuomiokirkko Bridge area are welcome to attend. In addition to the presentations, ample time has been set aside for questions.

Event will be held in the Argentina Hall at restaurant Kåren.
