Recreational Morning & “Getting Shareholder Agreements in Order” Training

Serenum PreLex and Hovi Partners are making this free training and relaxing spa experience possible. The event includes a buffet breakfast, a training session that offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to delve into shareholder agreements, lunch, and the chance to enjoy spa and gym services after the event.

Training Content

What should be included in a shareholder agreement, what rights and obligations does it confer on shareholders, and how can you avoid the most common pitfalls? And how should ownership be structured from the perspective of company growth, financing, and your own wealth? During the morning session, you’ll gain practical insights into shareholder agreements, long-term ownership planning, and growing your company’s value. Experts from Serenum PreLex and Hovi Partners will be on hand to share their expertise.

Program

• Buffet breakfast starting at 8:30 a.m.
• 9:30 a.m. Training and expert presentations
• 11:00 a.m. Lunch
• Access to the spa and gym (towels provided by the Ruissalo Spa)

This event is a valuable member benefit, and we will otherwise be required to charge a no-show fee of €40 if a participant fails to attend.
