Spesia’s free online event for working life. It’s time to talk about employment, special support and educational collaboration – openly, directly and with a fresh perspective!

Target audience: Professionals involved in working life and recruitment – companies, organisations, workplace instructors, recruiters, managers, employment services and NGOs.

Objective: To highlight the enormous potential that students requiring special support and individuals with partial work ability bring to working life. The event will also recognise and showcase the best collaboration initiatives of 2026.

Keynote Speaker: The webinar’s keynote speaker is active content creator and para-athlete Antti Ahtilinna, who is particularly well known on TikTok and Instagram. Antti is recognised for combining themes of diversity and humour in his content. He has also appeared in Season 2 of Sointu Borg & Tyrkyt and Season 8 of Elossa 24h.

In his presentation, Antti will share his personal journey of finding direction through difference, courage and experimentation, leading to a career as an athlete and content creator – a field where one’s own voice and story are the greatest strengths. He speaks honestly about going against the current, making authentic choices and building an identity without a predefined mould. At the heart of his message is the idea that differences can become strengths, and that following your own path can help you create something entirely new – both in sports and beyond.
