You still have time to apply for business cost support (second round) – The application period ends on Friday 26.2.

The application for the second round of cost support ends on Friday 26.2. at 4.15 pm. Cost support cannot be applied for after the deadline.

The support is applied for electronically on the State Treasury’s website. If the company does not have the opportunity to apply for cost support electronically, the application can also be sent by post. In this case, the application must be received at the State Treasury’s Registry no later than 26 February 2021 at 4.15 pm.

Approximately EUR 140 million has been paid during business cost support (second round)

The State Treasury had paid EUR 137,684,036 in cost support by noon on Wednesday. To date, more than 15,000 companies have applied for cost support. Of these, about 5,500 (38%) have received support and about 9,100 companies (62%) have been rejected. The average amount of aid per company is EUR 25,000.

The minimum aid granted is around EUR 2 000.86 and the maximum aid, EUR 500 000, has so far been received by some 20 companies. These include Finlandia Hall, the travel agency Tjäreborg, Lippupiste and Lehtimäen liikenne.

The amount of aid and the fulfillment of the minimum aid amount of EUR 2 000 can be estimated using a calculator.
