  • With the help of the YEL calculator, you can easily calculate the price of YEL insurance and estimate a suitable level of YEL income both at the start and during your entrepreneurial activities. The YEL calculator also shows the impact of the amount of your YEL income on the level of earnings-related pension and different social benefits.
  • Elo’s wage calculator helps you to calculate the overall costs of hiring your first or a new employee. Our calculator also helps when you are thinking about raising the salary of an existing employee.

  • Elo’s vocational rehabilitation supports entrepreneurs by ensuring their ability to cope and remain in working life. You can apply for vocational rehabilitation support if your health weakens and it is affecting your ability to work. Vocational rehabilitation helps you to continue your business activities despite the risk of disability.
  • Suomen Yrittäjät and Elo offer concrete ways to maintain work ability with the help of online training for entrepreneurs. The training teaches participants, for example, about the identification and management of workload strain and recovery, the justifications for arranging occupational health services and the possibilities for vocational rehabilitation available to entrepreneurs.
