Motiva seeks SMEs as test subjectsMotiva is looking for SMEs as test cases for its new energy efficiency tool.

Motiva is testing a new energy efficiency tool. Small and medium-sized businesses from various sectors, from industry to property and from tourism to the energy industry, may now apply to be test subjects.

Motiva says that after the pilot, the companies will receive tools, which they may freely use.

Around 20 companies to be chosen

The testing will take place at the chosen sites between 1 August and 30 November 2023 at a time suitable for the participant, Motiva says.

Guidance of the specialist at the site will be required, as well as a discussion of the results of the tool with the specialist.

Motiva will select around 20 test sites on the basis of applications. The selection criteria are the goals for the testing tool: energy consumption of between 100 and 2,800 MWh annually; the site will be selected from various sectors and size categories; the sites will be at various stages of energy efficiency promotion.
