SY has its own stage at SuomiAreena in Pori

MTV’s SuomiAreena will once again take over Pori in the week after Midsummer. Suomen Yrittäjät, the Finnish SME association, will also play a strong role at SuomiAreena.

On Tuesday 23 June, the Yrittäjät stage at SuomiAreena will host a full day of discussions on entrepreneurship, growth and trust.

The day’s programme includes a major discussion on Trump. The Yrittäjät stage will also host discussions on creativity as an engine of growth, reforming work, and young business owners. The discussions will be moderated by journalists Jari Korkki, Nina Rahkola and Sami Sykkö.

Speakers will include familiar faces and opinion leaders from business, national politics, science and the arts. Those taking the stage include artist Mira Luoti, Genelec CEO Siamäk Naghian, researcher Markku Ruotsila, fashion designer Ervin Latimer, Solo Entrepreneur of the Year Katra Solopuro and SAK trade union president Jarkko Eloranta.

The day will end with a panel discussion by party leaders on how to kick-start growth.
