Business Succession Service for Solo Entrepreneurs – Join Now
This tailored service helps solo entrepreneurs find a successor for their business through the recruitment of an employee. Hiring an employee gives the entrepreneur time to prepare for a business sale, while also allowing the future entrepreneur to gain hands-on experience and, if desired, complete entrepreneurship studies before the actual transaction.
The service supports you in assessing the current state of your business, setting goals, and defining the ideal buyer profile.
We offer coaching and training for entrepreneurs planning to sell their business, with a focus on improving business readiness, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
For those interested in buying a business, we provide advice on the basics of entrepreneurship and organize training sessions in collaboration with the local New Entrepreneur Center, covering topics such as funding, taxation, company structures, and business development.
Who is the service for?
The service is open to all solo entrepreneurs based in Kuopio and is free of charge. The only requirement is to submit a start and end notification in the EURA system. As the project is EU-funded, these notifications are mandatory for all participating businesses.
